You can still book an appointment with a certain Cobb County dentist -- even though he's been indicted for fraud.

Prosecutors say Dr. Kenneth Wiggins filed some 7000 bogus Medicaid claims on about 250 patients, swindling the public out of thousands of dollars.

He's accused of billing for tooth implants he never did.

Wiggins has already been in jail once, but has returned to practice.

Channel 2 Action News asked one patient what he thought.

"I always thought of him as a real good doctor, says Charles Pearman.  He took good care of us and really explained himself as he went about his work."

Dr. Wiggins has reportedly been suspended from Medicaid.
