LOS ANGELES - Lauren London is speaking out for the first time since the death of her longtime partner, rapper Nipsey Hussle.
The 34-year-old actress posted a slideshow of photos of the rapper and their family Tuesday on Instagram.
“I am completely lost. I’ve lost my best friend. My sanctuary. My protector My soul....,” she captioned the post. “I’m lost without you. We are lost without you babe I have no words.”
Hussle, whose real name was Ermias Joseph Asghedom, was shot and killed Sunday in front of his Los Angeles store, Marathon Clothing.
London posted her message hours after Los Angeles police arrested Eric Holder, the man they believe killed the Grammy award-nominated lyricist, who was celebrated for his album “Victory Lap” last year.
London and Hussle met in his clothing store. They were together for five years and have a son, Kross Asghedom.
The couple also formed a blended family with Emani Asghedom, the rapper’s daughter from a previous relationship, and Cameron Carter, London's son with Lil Wayne.
Condolences for London and tributes to Hussle have continued to pour in on social media.

We are at a great loss today. This hurts. Straight to the point. It’s dangerous to be an MC. Dangerous to be a b-ball player. It’s dangerous to have money. Dangerous To Be A Black Man. So much hatred. We live like our brothers and sisters in third world countries live. Right in America. Decisions we make about our own life be based on decisions cuz we might not live. Its so deep rooted. It’s not a easy fix. Hard to fix anything when kids are still living in poverty. I ain’t shutting up though, Nipsey is a True voice. He will never be silenced. He still is A stand up General for the People who never left his people. He is Loved by the people. Prayers for his family. Let’s keep pushing Truth for The Man. Love You King Nipsey Hussle/ Ermias Asghedom Respectfully, Nasir Jones
