GEORGIA PERIMETER COLLEGE has a commitment to veterans … the school is a first choice for military students in the University System of GA who use VA educational benefits.
GPC is paying special tribute to World War II veterans this week with a week-long educational symposium and a USA Style Stage Door Canteen Dinner and Dance TONIGHT (November 11) to benefit the school’s Military Outreach Center. Title sponsor is Merrill Lynch crS Group.
I’ll be there as emcee.
GPC’s Military Outreach Center supports active military, veterans returning to school
The Military Outreach Center offers disability services, personal and academic counseling, tutoring and student led organizations supporting military students and their families.
Obviously there are a huge number of veterans in GA coming off active duty ready to retool and upgrade their skills and education for the job market and Ga Perimeter College is committed to helping them reach their goals.
