Winter 2011-12 Farmers Almanacs
FWIW, always fun to check the almanacs, weather its woolly worms or ancient secret formulas they give a winter forecast and you can see it here.
I have issued no forecast yet but continue the research.
Plus check the key average frost and freeze dates for planning purposes like gardening and firewood.
