Woman Charged in Latest Subway Death
31 year old Erika Menendez has been arrested and charged with second degree murder for pushing a man to his death in front of an oncoming New York subway train. Police say they were acting on a tip from someone who recognized her from video that was aired on tv. Officials say Menendez told investigators that she pushed the victim, 46 year old Sunando Sen because quote "I hate Hindus and Muslims." The victim's ethnicity is not known.
