Victim's Family Withholds Judgment Against "Blade Runner"
The 'fastest man with no legs' now faces the slow, deliberate court proceedings of a premeditated murder charge. Oscar Pistorius went back into police custody Friday after prosecutors in Pretoria charged him with the shooting death of his girlfriend, model Reeva Steenkamp. The 26-year-old sports icon sobbed in court as the judge read the murder charge during a hearing attended by his family. Meanwhile, relatives of Reeva Steenkamp have been gathering at her family home in Port Elizabeth.
