Woman ends up in hospital after facial treatment
Isabel Gonzalez, of East Fort Lauderdale, paid almost $900 for 'facial rejuvenation' injections at Viviana's Body Secrets Spa. She was told the injections were just vitamins, but the owner reportedly didn't know what the treatment contained. Gonzalez has been in the hospital for more than a month.
