STONE MOUNTAIN - Two women, one of them pregnant, are hospitalized following a shooting during an illegal after-hours party at a park in DeKalb County.
Public Safety Director Cedric Alexander tells Channel 2 Action News the victim's car was fired upon by two groups as they tried to leave Wade-Walker Park in Stone Mountain.
The victims were taken to Grady Hospital. Their injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
Alexander says investigators have not determined a motive for the shooting and none of the suspects have been identified.
Up to a thousand people had gathered at the park on Rockbridge Road for a party that had been promoted on social media. Park officials confirm no permits had been issued for the event.
Following the shooting, officers made several arrests on various drug charges.
