For the second time in less than a week, a tree has fallen at Liberty Teylor's Norcross home. But this time, the huge poplar split the house on Kings Ridge Court in two.

The tree fell from the backyard through the middle of the house landing at the street.

A migraine kept Teylor from going to work Monday, but luckily she wasn't home when the tree fell.  Neighbors notified her husband who frantically called her thinking she was inside.

"You have to go home because a tree fell over," she said relaying his message.

Little did she realize the tree had split her home in two.

Her neighbor Mike Scaglione, who lives behind her house, was cutting up the tree that fell in his backyard last week moments before this one fell.

"I heard something fall, I thought it hit our house," he tells WSB's Sandra Parrish.

He looked to see another tree had fallen through the Teylors' home and he ran to see if anyone was inside.

"No one was home, thank God, or they would have been crushed if they were in the kitchen anyway," he says.

Teylor believes that she and her husband will be out of their home for several months.  The American Red Cross is assisting the couple with temporary housing.
