Two Duluth men face charges of stealing the identities of more than a dozen people, some of whom went to church with one of the suspects.
Det. Fran Foster says a woman who went to the Buddhist Temple in Lilburn with Sam Chung was contacted by a credit card company for a late payment on a card she did not own. From there, Foster found at least 14 other victims.
“The address on all the cards was a common address in Duluth…all the cards were going to one location,” she says.
Foster says another suspect, Kevin Ho, also faces charges and at least two more arrests could be made.
“They were living off the credit cards,” she says. “They bought everything from tickets to go to a Braves game… to throwaway phones.”
