Police arrest man in Gwinnett shooting

Gwinnett County Police investigators have made an arrest in last week's shooting of a man in his own driveway.

Damarcus Morris, 19, is charged with shooting Bobby Swanger III twice as he got home from work.  Swanger says he was shot despite giving Swanger his wallet.

Cpl. Jake Smith says that Morris is also suspected in as many as 20 armed robberies in the Lilburn and Norcross areas over a six day period.  He's been charged in ten of those so far.

"He's right now booked in on a total of 14 counts of armed robbery," he says.  "Some of the incidents had multiple victims."

Smith says while Morris is the only suspect positively identified by all of the victims, there could be more arrests made.
