A 29-year old Peachtree City man is in big trouble with the law and it’s not only what he did, but what he said, that landed him in jail.

It began last Friday when Zach Peak took off his clothes at a pool near his home - an incident he videoed for his YouTube Channel.

“Don’t you think about putting those cuffs on me,” Peak warns on the video. “I’ve got this towel here.”

He apparently had little else. He was cited for indecent exposure. That’s when Peachtree City Police Lt. Mark Brown says Peak invited officers to view his YouTube Channel. What did they find? Images of Peak tending a rather sophisticated marijuana grow operation in the attic of the home he shared with his mother.

“Neglected, neglected,” he says on the video as he waters the illegal plants.

“This is pretty obvious,” says Brown. “This is a pretty significant operation.” Officers confiscated 33 plants and related paraphernalia. So in addition to the indecent exposure charge, Peak faces allegations of growing pot.
