WSB RADIO- A high school band teacher in Augusta is being held without bond this morning, charged with having sex with a 15 year old boy. The Richmond County Sheriff’s office says 32 year old Travis McCauley was arrested late Wednesday at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital. The sexual encounters are said to have taken place at his house during the past three weeks. The boy told investigators he has since learned McCauley is HIV-positive.
