A Dawg-gone good Pop-Tart

By Marcy Williams

Athens, GA —

UGA gets its own Pop-Tart.

Bulldog Berry Pop-Tarts go on sale next month, according to UGA Associate Athletic Director Alan Thomas.

"The oval G will continue to be on the pastry that goes with it...and we'll give it a good run through this football season," Thomas tells WSB.

Four other Division One schools are partnering with Kellogg in the limited-edition production run: Arkansas Razorback Red, Michigan Go Blue Berry, North Carolina Tar Heel Blue & Florida Gators Strawberry.

"We're delighted to have the University of Georgia and the Georgia Bulldogs be a part of a national phenomenon that is Pop-Tarts," Thomas says.
