Despite the notoriety she received during the Hemy Neuman trial, Andrea Sneiderman will remain in metro Atlanta for her own trial.

12 p.m. Friday is the deadline for motions filings in her case and defense attorneys for Sneiderman will not be asking for a change of venue.  That means her trial will be held in the DeKalb County Courthouse, the same one she was banned during the Neuman trial.

Sneiderman is accused of conspiring with Neuman in the November 2010 murder of her husband Rusty.  Rusty Sneiderman was gunned down outside of the Dunwoody Prep day care after he dropped off his son.

Neuman, who admitted to being the gunman, was convicted in the murder in March and sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Sneiderman has denied any involvement in the killing while also denying she had an affair with Neuman. She was arrested in August and charged in an eight count indictment.  The charges include murder, insurance fraud and perjury.

Sneiderman's trial is expected to begin in mid-April.
