ROSWELL —

A 4-year-old Roswell boy is missing and police are looking for his father after the child's mother was found severely beaten.

Investigators believe Jesus Dominguez Rivera is with 35-year-old Carlos Alberto Dominguez Islas, but they don't have a description of the vehicle they are traveling in.

Rivera’s mother was found knocked out Thursday afternoon inside the family's Old Holcomb Bridge Way home.

It's unclear how long the unidentified woman had been in the house without medical attention.

“The victim was severely beaten,” Roswell police Lisa Holland tells WSB. “She is still unconscious at the hospital.”

Relatives of the victim told police Dominguez Islas has a violent temper and a history of domestic abuse.

“We have no idea where he is,” says Holland.

The Levi's Call was issued just before 2 a.m. Friday. The suspect is described as a thin Hispanic man, last seen wearing camouflage cargo pants.
