New information on the discovery of Bobbi Kristina Brown lying face-down in her bathtub last weekend--the person who found her wasn't who we initially thought.

An attorney for 24-year old Max Lomas says he, not Nick Gordon, found Bobbi Kristina face-down in a bathtub and he called 911.

Lomas, who's an accused drug dealer, has already been questioned once by Roswell detectives investigating the Brown case. He may be questioned again.

Attorney Philip Holloway admits Lomas was arrested on drug charges in Fulton County last month. However, he says tabloid reports that Lomas held his girlfriend hostage and fed her drugs are wrong, and he says he has a statement from the 18-year old girl to prove it.

It doesn't make the story any more clear.

When asked why his client was there in the first place, Lomas attorney Philip Holloway only said that Lomas and Brown are lifelong friends.
