DEKALB COUNTY —
DeKalb Police continue to look for the person responsible for shooting and killing a man overnight inside his car near Flat Shoals Road.
Investigators say the victim was found around 5:00 a.m., shot several times in his Jaguar in the parking lot of the Vineyard of Flat Shoals Apartments on Vineyard Walk, just north of I-20.
“Witnesses told us that a passenger was in the vehicle, shot the subject and fled on foot,” Lt. Dane Cunningham with DeKalb Police tells Channel 2 Action News.
Police say they're trying to figure out who the passenger might be, as they try to get more information about the shooting victim.
