Police are investigating the death of a man who apparently fell near the Georgia State University MARTA station early Sunday morning.
Police say they have little information. They do know it happened around 9:20 a.m. on Jessie Hill and Decatur Street
"I've confirmed that a person fell outside of the Georgia State station and was transported to Grady. That's all the information I have at this time," spokesman Cara Hodgson said in an email.
Police told Channel 2 Action News that it appeared the man was trying to enter the station from an adjacent property when he fell.
The Fulton Medical Examiner's Office confirmed the death. The man has not yet been identified.
