A Woodstock High School student is behind bars for making terroristic threats.

Police say 17-year-old Lake Reynolds, admitted that he tweeted a message on Thursday night that read, "Planning on pulling a Columbine tomorrow guys, be prepared!"

School officials were alerted by other parents and called the police.  The Woodstock high school junior was pulled out of class, arrested and charged with making a terrorist threat.

Police said he was not armed and there is no indication the student was actually planning on carrying out his threat.  But, students should be aware that social media threast made about violence at schools, whether it's a hoax or not, could result in criminal charges, especially in Cherokee County.

Reynolds is in custody in the Cherokee Adult Detention Center.
