A toddler taken from a DeKalb County church has been found safe. Police are now charging the caregiver with reckless conduct.

Police say 44-year-old Rhonda Rivers went inside the fitness center at New Birth Missionary Baptist, leaving her keys and a two-year-old inside her minivan. When Rivers came back outside, the van and the toddler were gone.

"She provides daycare for that child," says Dekalb County police spokeswoman Mekka Parish. "At this time, we're unaware that she's affiliated with any type of business or large-scale daycare facility."

The disappearance of two-year-old Myrai Robinson at about 9:30, Tuesday morning, prompted a frantic search of the area. Police say whoever stole the 2010 Dodge Caravan stopped at Lithonia High School, letting the toddler out unharmed.

The church has provided surveillance video to police in an effort to help find whoever stole the minivan, which is still missing.
