WSB RADIO--Cobb County Police expect to file charges against a 16-year-old driver whose mother was killed in a three-car wreck. 45-year-old Kimberly Nichols of Dallas died at Kennestone Hospital after the Wednesday afternoon smash-up on Due West Road, which tied up traffic for a couple of hours. Her teenage son is hospitalized with what are described as non-life threatening injuries. Witnesses told police he turned in front of another car on Hamilton Mill Road.
