PAULDING COUNTY, Ga. —
One man is in critical condition, another in stable, after a hangar under construction at the Paulding County Airport collapsed Wednesday afternoon.
Deputy Chief Joey Pelfry with the Paulding County Fire Department tells WSB it happened around 12:30.
"On arrival, they found an iron structure that had collapsed. There were two injuries, one critical, and one male was stable, conscious, and alert," said Pelfry.
The critical patient was taken to Paulding Hospital at Wellstar. The stable patient was taken to Kennestone Hospital.
No word on what caused the collapse.
OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) is investigating.
