Clayton County, GA —
"Not Guilty" pleas from two men accused of murdering a man over a flat screen TV.
20-year old Denirio Cunningham and 23-year old Joseph Harris faced a Clayton County judge Wednesday.
Prosecutors say they broke into a man's apartment on Taylor Road in June to steal the TV, and Cunningham shot the man when confronted.
"I want them to pay," victim David Rucker's wife tells Channel 2 Action News. "I want justice."
Both men pleaded not guilty to murder, burglary, and other charges.
And Cunningham is also accused of arranging--from jail--the murder of a witness of a murder in the case.
