By Chris Chandler

Fulton County, GA —

A tussle at an Alpharetta convenience store leaves one man under arrest.

Akyle Moses is in jail on felony charges, accused of using a knife to attack the owner of a Valero station on Old Milton Parkway.

Owner Hassan Ali was at the counter when he says Moses complained about the price of a phone charger.

"He picked up the charger and threw it at me in the face," Ali tells Channel 2 Action News, "and I went around the counter and he started punching at me.  And I punched him back.  Knocked him down."

Ali says Moses fled without hurting him.  Police arrested Moses a short distance away.

A friend of the suspect says "a racist comment" started the scuffle.

Ali denies that.

Moses is in the Fulton County jail.  He's not accused of trying to rob the store.
