A couple of high-profile office towers at I-285 and Georgia 400 may be on the market.
The AJC reports TIAA-CREF, a financial services firm, is looking for a buyer for the Concourse Corporate Center. The centerpiece of the five-building complex is the "King and Queen," twin towers that look like royal crowns.
A spokesperson from the TIAA-CREF headquarters in New York said, "We are long-term investors and actively manage our diversified portfolio."
