By Chris Chandler and Daphne A. Young

Gwinnett County, GA —

The body of a man found in the newly incorporated City of Peachtree Corners, has been  positively identified as 39-year-old Ronald Corona, who is originally from Pennsylvania.  Gwinnett County Homicide investigators say Corona had been temporarily living in the Gwinnett area since November 2011.

The Gwinnett County Medical Examiner determined there were no signs of trauma on the man's body that was fatal, and the M.E. concluded that the cause of the man's death is undetermined at this time, pending toxicology results.

The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating Corona's death as suspicious.  His body was found at 25 Technology Parkway South.

The Gwinnett County Police Department received a call regarding a suspicious person sleeping or possibly dead behind a business located at the listed address. When officers arrived on scene they discovered the deceased man with several head injuries, from an unknown origin.

The male did not have in his possession any identification or any information leading to his identity. He is described as a large frame white male approximately 5’10” to 6’02” feet tall, weighing approximately 200 pounds.  The man has two tattoos, one of which is very unique and in a unique location on the body.

A description of the tattoo will not be released at this time in hopes that anyone who is intimately familiar with the male will come forward and help identify this deceased male.

The cause of death is undetermined at this time pending autopsy.
