After three weeks behind bars, Andrea Sneiderman was released from the DeKalb County Jail on $500,000 bond Thursday August 23, 2012.

ATLANTA —

A grand jury re-indicted a metro Atlanta woman accused of her husband’s murder, adding eight more counts to the original indictment.

Andrea Sneiderman is accused of having a role in her husband Rusty’s murder outside Dunwoody Prep on Nov. 18, 2010.

A grand jury indicted Sneiderman on eight counts in August 2012.

The new 16-count indictment handed up Tuesday includes charges for malice murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, hindering the apprehension of a criminal, four counts of making false statements and seven counts of perjury. The new indictment drops charges of insurance fraud and racketeering.

A jury convicted Hemy Neuman for the murder in March of 2012. Neuman was Andrea Sneiderman's supervisor at GE Energy. At Neuman's trial, both prosecutors and defense attorneys alleged an affair, however Andrea Sneiderman emphatically denied it.

Sneiderman is currently free on bail after pleading not guilty to the original indictment. She has maintained her innocence since her arrest.
