Clayton County Police have arrested six people in a gambling raid.  They raided for  businesses including Mi Casa on Old Dixie Highway follows a five month investigation. 

Major Alan Holloway tells Channel 2 Action News that store was being used as a front for illegal gambling machines.

"It's against the law for them to pay out in cash and they paid our officers in cash," said Hollway.

The SWAT team also brought out two small children.  Chief Gregory Porter tells Channel 2 Action News that's what breaks your heart the most in these cases.

"It concerned me as police chief and more specifically as a parent," said Porter.

Police seized large amounts of cash and property.

47-year-old Junaid Khan, the suspected ringleader, was arrested as well as 21-year-old Julia Sandoval, 23-year-old Aliz Barton Perez, 32-year-old Maria Rios, 25-year-old Hugo Cervantes, and 18-year-old Rosa Mendosa.  They were all charged with commercial gambling but other charges are pending.
