A popular Buckhead dance teacher is due in court today (Thursday).
Pace Academy fired Joey Villimez after seven years teaching dance there.
He's facing child pornography charges after authorities say the found movies featuring naked young boys on Villimez' home computer in Vinings.
Police say Villimez admitted ordering the movies.
In a letter from a school official, Pace Academy insists, "There is no evidence of inappropriate physical contact" between Villimez and any students nor any evidence of previous criminal trouble.
"He's my daughter's dance teacher and he was wonderful. I never had any information prior to that" statement, one parent tells Channel 2 Action News.
School counselors have talked to students about the teacher's arrest.
