Polk County Deputies have busted two men they say were trading child porn online. One of the suspects allegedly had pictures of children less than one year old being raped.

WDBO went to the Clermont neighborhood of that suspect, 67 year old Edward Freiberger. We talked with residents who tell us they never saw the man, until the day he was arrested.

“They went in and said they had a warrant. They ended up dragging him out by the arm,” said John Armstrong.

His wife tells WSDBO the arrest hits way too close to home.

“My grandchildren are coming here at the end of February so it’s extra depressing,” said Joanna Armstrong.

Along with the child porn cops also found 15 guns in Freiberger’s home.

The other Polk County man arrested is 46 year old Thomas Wheeler. He’s a former Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, who now works as a security guard at Disney World’s Animal Kingdom.

A search warrant on his computer turned up numerous images of children between the ages of nine and eleven, engaged in sexual activity.

The man confessed to viewing the porn out of “curiosity.”
