Hemy Neuman's wife, Ariela, has filed separation papers and is claiming that her husband of 22 years was unfaithful.
WSB News reported in November that Neuman had moved out of their East Cobb home late last summer-- and into a condominium in Buckhead two weeks after a business trip he and Andrea Sneiderman took to the UK, and six weeks before he's accused of shooting Rusty Sneiderman.
While police have not implicated Mrs. Sneiderman in her husband's death, court papers state that Mrs. Neuman wants to depose the widow Sneiderman as part of her lawsuit claiming infidelity and cruel treatment.
In her only public comments about the case, Andrea Sneiderman said she was "shocked" to learn of the arrest of her former supervisor saying she had thought of him as a "friend to our family."
Neuman is still being held without bond in the DeKalb County jail. His next court appearance is scheduled for April 4.
