While Herman Cain's popularity is increasing outside Georgia, the Atlanta native is the runaway leader in his home state.

A new InsiderAdvantage/WSB-TV poll show Cain is getting 41 percent of the vote, while fellow Georgain Newt Gingrich has 17 percent. Mitt Romeny is third, while Rick Perry is fourth.

Channel 2 political analyst and PoliticalAdvantage CEO Matt Towery says Cain is definitely the one to watch in the race right now.

"If he flubs foreign policy a little bit they'll forgive him if they think he has enough passion to get them a job. That's what's working for Herman Cain." Towery said.

678 registered Georgia voters were surveyd. The poll had a margin of error of plus or minus 3 percent.
