Video poker machines at a Forest Park gas station raided for gambling are shwon. Clayton County DA's office and Forest Park Police raided several businesses as part of a investigation into gambling using video poker machines. While state law prohibits cash and other such prizes, the machines continue to be used for gambling in Georgia. Law enforcement agencies try to stop the businesses but they are relentless. More than a decade after the Georgia Legislature addressed the issue of video poker, stores are still making cash payouts to those who play the machines. GBI Director Vernon Keenan said law enforcement has come across cases where the money was sent overseas.
