The driver of a Honda Accord says it could've been much worse after an airbag on his car deployed while he was driving at 65 mph.
Shane Kurth tells Channel 2 Action News he was driving on I-285 Friday morning when the side airbag blew for no apparent reason and hit him in the head.
He was not injured from the ordeal, but he says the story could have ended much differently.
"I could have had my family in the car, blinded me when the airbags went off, knocked another family's car out, injured all of us," says Kerth. "That would have just been horrible."
Honda tells Channel 2 it has no plans to issue a recall for the airbags, even with dozens of similar complaints.
