Traveling through the nation's airports can be a little complicated.  But Facebook says Hartsfield-Jackson is making it easier through social media.

"We do get some complaints on Twitter and Facebook and we're able to address their concerns quickly and effectively," said Airport Spokesperson Katena Carvajales. 

As a result, Facebook has named Hartsfield-Jackson the second most social airport in the world, passed only by LAX.

Carvajales says the airport has opened up all social media avenues to help passengers. Hartsfield uses Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Foursquare and Flickr to allow customers to ask a for restaurant recommendations, gate information and updates on the new international terminal, set to open in the Spring of 2012.
