Could charges soon be pending against Rusty Sneiderman's widow Andrea?
The DeKalb District Attorney has issued subpoenas - one to Channel 2 Action News -seeking all of Andrea Sneiderman's videotaped testimony.
Hemy Neuman, Sneiderman's former boss at GE Energy is serving a life sentence for the November 18, 2010 murder of Russell Sneiderman as he dropped off his son at Dunwoody Day Care.
After Neuman's trial last month, prosecutor Robert James said if Mrs. Sneiderman were to face any charges in her husband's death, he had to be sure he could win a conviction.
"When Mr. Geary and I walk into a courtroom with a case, he and I are satisifed that we have a good shot at proving that case beyone a reasonable doubt."
Prosecutors admit to the tactical move of not charging Sneiderman before the Neuman trial to force her to testify. They believe the two were having an affair, a charge Mrs. Sneiderman denied.
