Lilburn Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted for robbing and shooting a man in his driveway.

Captain Ben Haynes tells WSB, Luiz Salazar was at his home on Greenleaf Drive last week when a man came into his driveway and held him at gunpoint.

"He came home, was met in the driveway by this person of interest, his wallet was taken from him.  He was also shot in the lower back," said Haynes.

Haynes said police think this was a random crime.

"However, the victim stated he had seen the suspect earlier at a local gas station not far from his residence," said Haynes.

Salazar, a brick mason, owns his own company.
