Austell, GA —

A Tuesday night shooting at a Cobb County apartment complex has left one person dead.  WSB's Richard Sangster spoke to witnesses at the Parkview apartments on Six Flags Dr. in Austell who say, a Security Guard is the one who did the shooting.

At least three shots were fired. A resident was killed another resident was wounded in the legs and is in the hospital.

The wife of the man killed told Channel 2 Action News, her husband was fighting with the security guard who has a history of fighting with residents.  A witness told Sangster residents often complain about the guard.

The wife claims she tried to break the fight up, but the guard shot her husband twice and a witness told Sangster the security guard him a third time. A second witness confirms three shots were fired. The wife said, "The security guard was trying to get them evicted".

The woman identified her husband as Andrae Oliver, 26. The couple has a year old son.
