The Banks County Sheriff’s Office reports a student used a gun to attempt a suicide at Bank County High School Friday just before 9 a.m.
According to a school spokesman, Daniel Tatum of Lula was airlifted to Grady hospital. No other injuries have been reported.
The school was on lockdown until 11 a.m.
