Three people are shot after a fight breaks out at a Waffle House in Lovejoy early Sunday morning.
Clayton County Police have arrested 21-year-old Deuntae Jones, of Riverdale.
Jones was stopped by police shortly after the shooting because his car matched the description by witnesses, who say he was a shooter in the incident.
But, Police aren't sure if other shooters were involved and say the investigation is ongoing.
The shooting happened at 12:30 a.m. Sunday morning at the Waffle House on Tara Boulevard, in Lovejoy.
Servers say a large group of people came in after a party and appeared upset when a fight broke out.
The fighting spilled into the restaurant's parking lot.
Witnesses say five shots were fired and three people were wounded.
Police say the victims were taken to area hospitals and their injuries do not appear to be life-threatening.
The case is under investigation.
