Teens busted on shoplifting charges at Walmart

Two 19-year-olds have been arrested for shoplifting and underage possession of alcohol for stealing more than a dozen bags of margarita mix from the Walmart on Ashford-Dunwoody Road.

Dunwoody Police Officer Tim Fecht tells WSB Quintravis Williams and Marcus Ballard had gone into the store on Monday to scout out the area but were quickly spotted.

"They were actually in the store the day before attempting the same thing and at that time loss prevention had confronted them.  And at that time, they were very confrontational and mouthed off to security," said Fecht.

On Tuesday, armed with their backpacks, Fecht says the two came back to that same Walmart and headed for the aisle with the margarita mixes.

"They finally made their exit out the grocery side of Walmart and with the police presence that we had already in place, the males went into custody quite easily with approximately 13 bags of margarita mix," said Fecht.
