A fourth person is arrested and has been indicted in the shooting death of a Gwinnett County teenager.

The nine count indictment is released on Thursday and names the fourth suspect.

58-year-old Anthony English is charged with theft by receiving and making false statements.

But, Police don't believe English was present when 14-year-old Paul Sampleton was shot and killed inside his Grayson home on Haynescrest Court, five months ago.

Police believe English received the stolen property after the shooting and Detectives say the evidence they recovered had unique serial numbers on them which led them to English, who's considered a middle man.

The three teenagers originally charged in Sampleton's death were also named in the indictment.

Fifteen-year-old Larnell Sillah was indicted for murder, felony murder, armed robbery and false imprisonment.  While 15-year-old Achiel Morgan and 18-year-old Romaine Stewart are both accused of planning the robbery at Grayson's home.

Police say the three Grayson High School students came up with a plan to rob Sampleton while riding on the school bus together.
