That was the day the former Cub Scout leader was arrested for alleged sex crimes. It was also, it turns out, the day Taylor's wife filed for divorce.
Court papers indicate Joanne Taylor is seeking to end the marriage "on grounds of cruelty and further on the grounds that the marriage is irretrievably broken."
The couple has been married since 1991, and has 5 children.
Mr. Taylor, 44, faces a multitude of charges, alleging sex crimes involving 15 children between the ages of six and nine. Those charges include aggravated child molestation by sodomy, aggravated sexual battery and possession of child pornography. One of the charges allegedly involves a family member.
Taylor is being held in the Gwinnett County jail. A bond hearing is scheduled for next week.

- She is as sick as he isdon't buy that BS about she had no idea, she has known all along, and because of the money turned her back on the abuse..I am sure with words of wisdom.."Don't get caught" she needs to do time too! That woman is motivated by power and greed. I know that Power,Greed and Abuse go hand in hand..May God forgive them both. Now she the victim..you make me sick!
- yeah.. bail out on marriage noweven though she had to have been aware for many years what was going on. He is sick and should die... she is pathetic
- LaughingAt the thought of what he's going to get when he gets to prison. Some bull queer is going to have a lot of fun with him. I do feel sorry for his wifes children. Good for her though, there are a lot of women who stand in denial that their husband could do such a thing and stand by them through it all.
