Now, a national organization challenges these kinds of behaviors in the Civility Counts Project, based out of Johns Hopkins University. The Association of Image Consultants spearheads the national effort. Image consultant Peggy Parks represents AICI in the metro Atlanta area. She says, It's all about restraint, respect and responsibility. 96-percent of people say they have experienced acts of incivility." Now is the time to change.
