For me, last night was the night.
It was that night that everyone has at some point during the offseason where there's no longer any small part of you enjoying the "break" from Cardinal sports. The night where you watch old highlight video after old highlight video and would pay four figures for an actual game to digest.
I'm so ready for 2013-14 that I can't stand it.
The good news for folks suffering through a similar affliction is that a small fix is on the way.
Charlie Strong announced Friday that two of Louisville's practices on the first week of fall camp next week will be open to the public. Fans are welcome to come out and watch the team work out on Tuesday and Wednesday. Both practices will begin at 5:15 p.m.
I remember being there at 5 in the morning three years ago when this all began.
I'll be there again next week.
