Loving ourselves, caring for ourselves and showing love for ourselves is a detrimental part of our success and well being. Self-Love Sunday is an on going event series designed to do just that. The series includes classes, workshops, and presentations that focus on providing women the time and tools they need to nourish and nurture themselves.
The foundation for the Self-Love Series is a twice monthly Soul Stretch class. Soul Stretch was created by fitness expert, Althea Lawton-Thompson. This one hour class will soothe your mind, body and spirit with meditation, focused breathing, and gentle movements from yoga, dance, and athletic stretching. The experience includes aromatherapy and visualization. This "moving meditation" will relax and restore your mind, awaken your soul and renew your spirit. Each class will conclude with a tea ceremony. The series is held on Sunday because it's an ideal day to help prepare your mind for the week ahead. The series will be rejuvenating and inspiring. I guarantee that you will leave each event feeling renewed, lifted and preapared to experience your life from a perspective self-love.Monthly Class Passes can be purchased for your convenience and a discount.
