Watch veteran chefs and rising stars contend in fierce competitions, while leading pastry artists share cutting-edge techniques. Covering a wide range of pastry specialties, this year’s chef demonstrations will be hosted by chefs Jean-Marie Auboine, Vincent Pilon, Ewald Notter, Susan Notter and M.O.F. Stéphane Tréand.
