Browse as you walk in Rolater Park, where Indians played ball before they left on the Trail of Tears, marked beside the Park. Enjoy a variety of vendors, eat lunch, go in the Cave, take a dip in Rolater Lake, see the 2-story log Cabin that belonged to Cherokee Avery Vann around 1810, visit upscale and antique shops in town, see many structures listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Drive through the lush valleys of NW Georgia to Cave Spring, about 16 miles from Rome, 10 miles from Cedartown, 75 miles from Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Birmingham, and 20 miles from Centre, Alabama on Hwy 411. Proceeds go to upkeep and restoration of Cave Spring buildings.
