Food | Wine
Barbeque Kale Salad with Smoked Pecans, Avocado and Peach. This class is focusing on the nutritional approach, using both locally and globally sourced ingredients, of mostly vegetarian based meals and recipes. Each course will teach guests the nutritional value of the individual ingredients, and proper cooking and handling methods to use in order to keep the nutritional properties intact. The class will explore specific dietary interest and needs, including ingredients, which are good for the nervous system, are comforting and calming, and also create passion. Every participant should walk away with a recipe (or 2) and hopefully some new facts about the food they eat.
